The law firm Y.S. Moncho was started by Mr Yul Shara Malebogo Moncho in 2001 in the judicial
capital of Botswana, Lobatse and the firm subsequently moved to the nation’s capital, Gaborone.
The proprietor, Mr Y.S Moncho has practiced in the courts of Botswana since 1991 both as a state
